Greig- Two Lyons Falls residents are facing several charges after police investigated a domestic incident early Sunday morning.

Deputies were dispatched to an address in the Town of Greig and arrested Angie L. Brouty, 39 and Darren M. Brouty, 42. Investigations revealed Angie allegedly fired a BB-gun at Darren and also fired into the windshield of Darren’s truck. She was charged with Menacing in the 2nd Degree (Involving a Weapon), Criminal Mischief and Reckless Endangerment.

Darren was charged with Harassment, Menacing in the 3rd Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment after allegedly pushing Angie, striking the back of her truck with a stick and blocking the end of the driveway, preventing her from leaving.

Both suspects were processed at the Sheriff’s Office, issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greig Court and were released on their own recognizance.
