VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-September 4, 2017.  A 35 year old Turin man was arrested early Monday evening for reportedly violating an order of protection issued by Lewis County Family Court.

Lowville Village Police charged Jason M. Bristol with Criminal Contempt in the second degree after he allegedly send a bouquet of flowers and a birthday card to a protected person on August 30. Bristol was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lowville Village Court at a later date.
