Utica Comets Hockey:
-The Comets will host the Rochester Americans tonight at the Utica Auditorium. The puck drops at 7:00pm.

-The Rangers lost a close one to the Panthers 5-4.
-The Sabres were blanked by the Lightning 2-0.
-The Islanders beat the Canucks 5-2.

-The Cavaliers beat the Heat 108-97.
-The Bulls lost to the Suns 104-99.
-The Jazz beat the Nuggets 106-77.

Martinsburg- A 27 year old Croghan man is facing charges after police investigated a case of cemetery desecration that occurred over the weekend in the Town of Martinsburg.

Wilna- An 18-year-old Natural Bridge man was arrested for a misdemeanor charge after police investigated a domestic dispute in the Town of Wilna.

Syracuse Orange Basketball:
-The Orange barely escaped the Maryland Terrapins 72-70. The next game is Saturday, December 2, as the Orange will prepare for a tough matchup against the Kansas Jayhawks.

Leyden- A 53 year old Port Leyden man turned himself in to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office for stealing and wrecking a vehicle back in October.

Turin Ridge Riders Club of Year

Lewis County- A local snowmobile club was recently chosen as the club of the year designation by the state snowmobilers association for the 2016-2017 riding season.

Old Forge- A 67 year old Raquette Lake, NY man was arrested for DWI after having a reported B.A.C nearly twice the legal limit.

Boonville- A 30 year old Gouverneur, NY man was arrested last Wednesday, November 22 after a traffic stop on State Route 12 in the village.
