Mary Teresa (Terry) Kornmeyer

Mary Teresa (Terry) Kornmeyer, 86, of Boonville, passed away on June 21, 2017
at Sunset Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Boonville, where she resided for the
past five years.
Terry was born, on August 31, 1930 in Chapeau, Quebec, Canada, a daughter of
Thomas and Emily Isabelle Shea. She resided in Ontario, Canada until her
marriage to Edward Kornmeyer on May 25, 1957. She worked 8 1/2 years for the
Canadian Government Departments of Finance, Defense and Civil Services. Terry
was employed at Sunset Nursing Home for 22 years as an administrative assistant
retiring in 1992. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Boonville.
She is survived by her children, Father Thomas Kornmeyer, Constable, NY, Carol Kornmeyer (Jerry Scott), Pekin,IL, Lynn (Andy) Bailey, Boonville, NY and Kevin (Lisa) Kornmeyer, Boonville,
NY;grandchildren,David (Rebecca) Kornmeyer, San Francisco CA, Nicholas Kornmeyer (Samantha
Pearson), Georgetown, TX, Joel (Jenna) Bailey, Boonville, NY, Carl Bailey,
Watertown, MA and Jonathan Kornmeyer, Boonville, NY; great grandchild,
Connor , Boonville, NY. Terry is predeceased by her husband, Edward, November
17, 2003, sister, Monica O'Malley, (Leonard) and brother, Desmond Shea.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 27 at 11 a.m. at Christ
Our Hope/St. Joseph's Church, Boonville. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery,
