You can pick up at our Lowville office Mon-Fri from 10am to 3pm. The Certificate has no cash value and you can't receive money back for the certificate. You can only purchase ONE of each item within 30 days. No exceptions. Also only 1 certificate per table or party, all certificates have a 30 day expiration date from the day of registration. Certificates are available for pick-up Tuesday February 18th, 2020. If you do not pick up and pay for your certificate by the expiration date (March 18th, 2020) you will go on a no sell list. If you can't make it to the office you can send a self addressed stamped envelope along with payment to 7606 N. State Street Lowville NY 13367. There is a $1 handling fee for checks.
