Pay Rate: 16.00-18.00/hr
Job Description: The Meat Processing Apprentice is an entry level position designed for individuals who want to learn the meat processing trade in a USDA- inspected facility. The apprentice will receive hands-on training in safe food handling, meat cutting, grinding, sausage production, packaging, sanitation, and USDA regulatory compliance while working alongside experienced team members. The goal of this position is to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to become a skilled meat processor while supporting the company's commitment to producing safe, high-quality products.
