BOONVILLE- No injuries were reported after a two car motor vehicle accident occurred Thursday late afternoon in Boonville.

The accident, which reportedly involved a car and a small sized SUV, occurred at the intersection of Route 12 and Main Street, Boonville Fire Chief Dave Pritchard Jr. told us.

Emergency responders say one of the vehicles attempted to cross Route 12 and apparently pulled out in front of oncoming southbound traffic, causing the accident to occur.

When we last spoke to Chief Pritchard Jr., he told us no injuries were reported.

Boonville Police responded to investigate and assist. Authorities included no additional details.
