WATERTOWN- Three North Country men are faced with drug related accusations in the town of Watertown, including felonies, authorities say.
Shortly before 2:00 a.m. Wednesday, State Police from the Watertown Barracks arrested and charged Taylor J. Ballou, 30, of Black River, NY; Kyle T. Simpson, 26, of Lowville, NY and Nicholas R. Chambers, 33, of Lowville, NY with one felony count each of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree (narcotic drug w/intent to sell), along with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree, according to information retrieved from the daily blotter.
According to police, an investigation is pending.
At press time, Ballou, Simpson and Chambers were all issued with an appearance ticket, police said.
