WESTERN- Police have unveiled more details regarding the arrest of a man who was accused of forcible touching in Oneida County earlier this week.

As previously reported, Tristan J. Kaulfers, 19, of Fenner, NY was charged Monday with two counts each of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a minor, according to the New York State Police.

In the latest release of information, Troopers say Kaulfers allegedly touched a pair of 13 and 14-year old teenage girls.

This reportedly happened in the waters of Delta Lake State Park, town of Western, police said.

Following processing, Kaulfers was taken to Oneida County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
