New Bremen- Police arrested and charged a 47 year old Carthage man with harassment after a reported incident Saturday night in the Town of New Bremen.

It’s alleged that Joseph L. Passage was involved in an altercation with another man at the Adirondack International Speedway. Sheriff’s deputies say that Passage struck the other man in the face.

Passage was issued a summons for Harassment in the 2nd Degree, returnable to the Town of New Bremen Court at a later date.

No further details were released.
