Lowville- A traffic stop resulted in DWI and other charges for a 30 year old Lowville resident.

On Saturday, July 15 Lowville Village Police conducted a traffic stop on North State Street. The alleged driver, identified as Timothy Gaba, was taken into custody after patrols determined that he was intoxicated. Gaba reportedly registered a .11% BAC.

Gaba was charged with DWI (.11%), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree and Inadequate Muffler. Gaba was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Court and was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
