Vienna- A 35 year old Rome man is facing a felony charge after police investigated a reported fraud case.

State Troopers from the Lee Barracks report Joseph M. LaFlair was charged with Identity Theft in the 1st Degree (Obtaining Goods), a Class D Felony. The arrest stems from an alleged incident in the Town of Vienna, reported to police August 9, at 2:06pm.

His arrest status was last listed as held. No further details were released.
