Lowville: A 31 year old Lowville man is facing a felony charge after patrols conducted a welfare check on the suspect.

The Lowville Village Police Department reports Zachary K. Manor was charged with Menacing a Police Officer, a Class D Felony. Police responded to Zach’s address to perform a welfare check on August 8, where Manor allegedly waved a straight-blade-razor towards officers, after they arrived.

He was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Court and was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $500.00 cash bail.
