Leyden- A 35 year old Turin man was arrested last night after allegedly making contact with a protected party.

Lewis County Sheriff’s Deputies say Jason M. Bristol was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree. Bristol was also arrested and charged with the same offense on August 16, stemming from an alleged incident on August 13. By making contact with the said protected party, Bristol was violating an Order of Protection.

He was processed at the Public Safety Building and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Leyden Court at a later date. No further details were released.
