Lowville- A Lowville man was sent to jail after patrols responded to reports of an individual causing a disturbance at the Village Office Building.

Its alleged Sebastian J. Hubbard was yelling obscene language and refused to calm down. Lowville Village Police arrested Mr. Hubbard and charged him with Disorderly Conduct. He was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Court and was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $250.00 bail. No further details were released.
