Watson- A 39 year old Lowville woman is facing a DWI and several other charges after police conducted a traffic stop last night (September 7, at 10:20pm) in the Town of Lowville.

State Troopers from the Lowville Barracks report Jessica R. VanWinkle was charged with DWI-1st Offense, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance; several ATV Violations, including Unregistered ATV, Speeding and No/Improper Helmet, all Infractions.

She was released to a 3rd Party and will answer the charges in the Town of Watson Court at a later date. No further details were released.
