TOWN OF TRENTON-November 12, 2017.  On November 10, 2017, State Police responded to a business on State Route 12 in the Town of Trenton to check the welfare of a person sitting in a vehicle parked in their lot.

Patrols responded and interviewed the driver 57 year-old, Monika E. Story from Poland, NY. During the investigation, Troopers determined Mrs. Story to be intoxicated. Mrs. Story was subsequently taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and processed at SP Remsen without incident where she had a reportable BAC of .18%. She was charged with Aggravated DWI (for having a BAC of .18% or more) and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Trenton Court on November 28, 2017 at 6:30 pm.
