Champion- A 21 year old Natural Bridge man was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs and several other charge after emergency services responded to a property damage accident on Sunday, January 7 in the Town of Champion.

State Police from the Carthage Barracks report Jacob W. Neddo was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th-degree (Class “A” Misdemeanor), Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Drugs in the 1st-degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd-degree (with at least 3 previous suspensions), both Class “U” Misdemeanors and two Infractions, including Driving on the road shoulder and Imprudent Speeds.

He was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Champion Court at a later date. Police say Mr. Neddo suffered unspecified injuries. No further details were released.
