Lowville- A 19-year old Lowville woman is facing charges after a reported fight.

Lowville Village Police Officers arrested Patricia F. Rutledge for Criminal Mischief (4th-degree) and Harassment (2nd-degree). The charges stem from an alleged fight between Rutledge and another female at the Lowville heights Apartment Complex on Railroad Street.

Rutledge was arraigned in the Village of Lowville Court and remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $100.00 cash bail or $200.00 bond.
