Lowville- A 21-year-old Lewis County man is facing two misdemeanor charges after police investigated a town of Lowville menacing incident Tuesday evening.

State Troopers from the Lowville Barracks report Andrew S. Manor, of Lowville, NY was charged with 2nd-degree Menacing (with a weapon) and Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd-degree (threat), both Class “A” Misdemeanors.

The arrest stems from an alleged menacing incident reported to police Tuesday, June 12 at 6:05pm. Mr. Manor was issued appearance tickets, said police. No further details were released.
