Town of Ohio- A 47-year-old Barneveld, NY man is facing felony charges stemming from a reported town of Ohio larceny incident.

According to the New York State Police in Herkimer, Robert Andrejov was charged with 3rd-degree Grand Larceny (Class “D”) and Scheme to Defraud in the 1st-degree (property value > $1,000); a Class “E” Felony.

Troopers said the alleged incident was reported on February 23, while the arrest was conducted Wednesday morning, November 7 at 8:30am. Police said Mr. Andrejov was being held. The investigation is pending, according to police.
