The 58-year-old Port Leyden man accused of sexual contact and providing alcohol to minors was indicted Friday by a Lewis County Grand Jury.

The latest from Linking Lewis County.com indicates Michael Daskiewich was indicted on a total of 9 charges, including:

-Two counts of 1st-degree criminal sext act; Class “B” Felonies
-One count of each of 1st-degree sex abuse and 3rd-degree conspiracy; class “D” felonies
-Two counts of 3rd-degree criminal sex act; class “E” Felonies
-Two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and one count of endangering the welfare of a child; Class “A” Misdemeanors

Mr. Daskiewich was arrested near the end of October after allegedly providing alcohol to two minors and then engaging in sexual contact with a minor under the age of 17 in the town of Leyden. He was also accused of making arrangements to engage in further sexual contact with a minor.
