TOWN OF HERKIMER-April 14, 2019.  A 48-year-old Boonville was accused of various felony charges Friday that allegedly occurred the Town of Webb.

New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged John A. Abdo with 12 counts of Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree and 12 counts of Using a False Instrument, one with intent to Defraud, all Class E felonies. Abdo was also charged with one count of Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree, a Class D felony, and one count of Official Misconduct, as class A misdemeanor. No further details were available.
