Town of Steuben- Police charged a Rochester, NY man Wednesday afternoon after investigating a bad check complaint.

State Police from the Remsen Barracks report Hung Q. Tran, 35, was charged with Issuing a Bad Check, a class “B” Misdemeanor. Troopers said the alleged incident was reported on January 10 in the town of Steuben.

At the time this blotter report was made available Thursday morning, Tran’s arrest status was last listed as held. Troopers provided no further information.
