VILLAGE OF CROGHAN-Saturday, July 20, 2019.  A 48 year old Croghan ma was arrested for allegedly having an animal in a vehicle in extreme temperatures following a dog complaint Friday morning.

New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Scott A. Danforth with Having Animal in a Vehicle-Extreme Temperature, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket to answer the charge in the Village of Croghan Court.
