TOWN OF HARRISBURG-July 21, 2019.  A 55 year old Lowville man was arrested for Aggravated D.W.I. and other charges early Sunday morning on the Boshart Road in the Town of Harrisburg.

New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Kimberly S. Bellinger with Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with No Prior, Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, but Unclassified misdemeanors. Bellinger was also charged with Refusal to take a Breath Test and Moving from Lane Unsafely, both New York State traffic infractions. He was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Harrisburg Court. The Incident is pending investigation.
