Town of Watson- Police say a Monday night traffic stop on the Number Four Road led to a felony DWI charge issued against a Lowville man.

Christopher M. Nugent, 31, was stopped by the New York State Police at just before 9:20 p.m. Troopers from the Lowville Barracks say that Mr. Nugent was arrested at around 9:50 p.m. for felony DWI (w/a previous conviction within 10-years) and failure to keep right.

When this report was made earlier this morning, Nugent’s arrest status last indicated that he was held.

The investigation is pending, according to police and no additional details were made available.
