Town of Martinsburg- Police say a Lowville, NY man was arrested Sunday afternoon after reports of a domestic/family offense incident in the town of Martinsburg.

Jeffrey R. Kafline, 37, was charged with one count each of endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor) and harassment in the 2nd-degree (violation), according to details from the New York State Police in Lowville.

The alleged incident was initially reported at 11:18 a.m. Sunday, August 18. Kafline’s arrest status was not updated and troopers provided no additional details in their report.
