Oneida County- Constituents from New York’s 22nd Congressional District gathered Wednesday at the Whitesboro Senior Center for a town hall style discussion with Congressman Anthony Brindisi.

While there, Mr. Brindisi shared his thoughts and concerns with the senior community on phone scammers, lowering the costs of prescription drugs, the stability of social security and means to protect Medicare, according to the latest reports from WKTV.

"We don't have to look at these issues on a partisan basis because a lot of this stuff has bipartisan support -- lowering drug costs, lowering health insurance costs, supporting our veterans, supporting our farmers. we just got to get through the noise and try and look at the issues we can actually accomplish," said Brindisi.

In addition, Brindisi said there are bigger issues that he has been attempting to address in Washington, D.C.

Today, the Congressman will host another town hall style gathering at New Hartford’s High School.
