Town of Webb- Police say a New Hartford, NY man was arrested overnight Tuesday for alleged DWI in the Town of Webb.

Mitchell C. Schweitzer, 22, was charged with one count each of aggravated DWI (per se-no prior), DWI (1st-offense) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 3rd-degree, the New York State Police from Remsen are reporting.

The arrest was made at just before 3:45 a.m. on Birch Street, according to police.

Schweitzer was released to a third party, police said.

No further information was released from authorities.
