Town of Harrisburg- Police say a Thursday night traffic stop in the town of Harrisburg resulted in a DWI arrest for a Lowville man.

State Police in Lowville said they stopped a vehicle at just before 9:30 p.m. on State Route 12.

About 20-minutes later, Troopers arrested and charged Oscar J. Medina, 38, with a felony count of DWI (w/a child-first offense), DWI (first offense), operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC) and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (three or more suspensions), according to a report from the daily blotter.

Police said an investigation is pending, as Medina was released to a third party.
