TURIN- Authorities say a man from Lowville is accused of aggravated DWI in the town of Turin.

State Police in Lowville said they charged Patrick D. Pominville, 23, for one count each of aggravated DWI (per se-no prior) and DWI (first offense).

The arrest was made at just before 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Troopers said in their daily blotter.

An investigation is pending, according to what police posted at press time.

Pominville was reportedly issued with an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Turin Court at a later date.

No further details were made available by police.
