A brother & sister were sentenced in Lewis County Court.  25 year old Kyle Demo of Niskayuna pled guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief & his 27 year old sister Mackenzie Demo of Croghan pled guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct charge. Both were sentenced to one-year conditional discharges and joint restitution of
$2,233.66. Mr. Demo also must pay a $50 court fee while Ms. Demo must perform 20 hours of community service.  Also in Lewis County Court, 34 year old Michael Sage of Greig pleaded innocent to a charge of aggravated DWI and his case was adjourned to January 11th.  29 year old Joseph Kraeger of Port Leyden had
his case of first-degree burglary adjourned to January 11th.
