A domestic incident last evening in the Village of Lowville has resulted in charges for a 15 year old juvenile. Lowville Police report that the youth, whose name was not released due to age, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute between the youth & another family member when the youth allegedly threw items across the kitchen & began acting violently in the presence of a child less than 17 years of age. The youth &parent were issued appearance tickets returnable to Lewis County Probation at a later date.
