A 52 year old Lacona man was charged with DWI.  Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies report that Donald Keator was charged after he was observed failing to signal a turn onto Redfield Road in the Town of Osceola at around 12:43 a.m. yesterday morning.  Deputies followed Keator, who reportedly drove over the centerline.  He was then stopped & failed all field sobriety tests.  Keator was taken to the Public Safety Building, where he allegedly registered a 0.16% blood/alcohol content.  He was issued appearance tickets for DWI, failure to signal a turn, & failure to keep right.  All charges are returnable to Town of Osceola Court.
