A 28 year old Pamelia woman is facing a charge of DWI. Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies report that Jessica Caplicki was charged after a resident on Cataract Street in the Village of Copenhagen was leaving for work at around 3:32 a.m. Friday morning & located an unknown vehicle parked in his driveway. Upon the Deputies arrival, they located Caplicki asleep in the driver's seat & while interviewing her, reportedly noticed the odor of alcohol. After failing field sobriety tests at the scene, Caplicki was taken to the Public Safety Building, where she allegedly registered a 0.16% blood/alcohol content. She was issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Denmark Court at a later date.
