A traffic stop led to charges for a 29 year old Rochester man.  Boonville Police report that Jeffrey Ritter was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree after he was stopped late Friday night for speeding on Charles Street, when an investigation revealed that his driver's license was allegedly suspended for failure to pay fines on previous charges.  Ritter was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Village of Boonville Court March 6th to answer the charges.
