
BOONVILLE- A man from Northern Oneida County is faced with an accusation stemming from a trespass complaint last month, authorities say.
It was shortly after 7:00 a.m. Tuesday when the New York State Police in Remsen arrested Anthony C. Platt, 36, of Boonville, NY. He is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the second-degree.
According to Troopers, the arrest stems from an alleged trespass incident on May 23 in the town of Boonville. The incident was called in shortly before 2:30 a.m.
At press time, State Police said Platt was released with an appearance ticket.
