Boonville Man Facing Criminal Mischief Charge

2 charged in connection with ATV theft

TOWN OF WEST TURIN-A 37 year old Boonville man was arrested following a complaint about a broken window. Lewis County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Thomas J. Longway after it was alleged that Longway broke a window at a residence in the Town of West Turin. Longway was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4^th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
