GREIG- Police say a man from Lowville is faced with a charge of possessing stolen property that stems from a property damage accident in the town of Greig.

State Police in Lowville are reporting that Tyler K. Thomas, 30, was arrested last Thursday night for one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth-degree.

The alleged incident was reported to authorities earlier that same morning at just before 11:00 a.m., details from the daily blotter indicated.

Troopers said that Thomas was issued with an appearance ticket. An investigation was pending as of press time, police clarified.
