Lowville woman charged with harassment & child endangerment

An altercation led to charges for a 37 year old Lowville woman. Lowville Police report that Jackie Smith was charged with harassment 2nd degree & endangering the welfare of a child after she was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a male subject, who was holding a 20-month old child.  Smith was issued appearance
tickets returnable to Village of Lowville Court at a later date.
