Lyons Falls Man Charged with Petit Larceny
TOWN OF WEST TURIN-A 63 year old Lyons Falls man is facing a larceny charge following report of a “larceny from a building” in the Town of West Turin Friday evening. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Timothy A. Gorczyca with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Gorczyca was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of West Turin Court at a later date. The Incident was listed as “pending investigation” as of press time.
