LOWVILLE- Police say a burglary suspect has been charged with a felony accusation in Lowville, NY.
Rebecca C. Lynch, 28, (no address provided) was arrested Friday by the Lowville Village Police Department. Authorities say she is officially charged with felony burglary in the second-degree.
According to investigators, Lynch’s arrest stems from a burglary complaint at a residence on June 9.
Lynch was located and charged after the Lowville Town Justice signed a warrant, police said. Following her arraignment in Lewis County Court, Lynch was jailed on $50,000 cash – due to previous arrests and currently being free on bail from a prior charge.
