LOWVILLE- If you’ve been walking the streets of Lowville recently, you may have noticed some very troubling and inappropriate graffiti along the sidewalks.

According to village officials from the police department, two teenagers and one adult have been arrested and charged with misdemeanor counts of graffiti making.

They are 15, 16 and 18-years-old and no names were provided from police.

Authorities say there are numerous profanities, slurs and questionable images that have been spray painted along the sidewalks of Elm Street and Park Avenue.

Since the graffiti appeared, village crews have been assigned with removing it.
