West Leyden – Keith D. Egnew, 38 died on Thursday, September 9, 2021
at his home.

He was born in Lowville on February 19, 1983 to Brian and Mary
(Wawrzyniak) Egnew of West Leyden.

Keith was recently employed at Carquest of Boonville. In the past he was
an electrician for Tambe Electric of Rochester, a job which he loved. He
also worked at Orion Buses, Oriskany. Keith had a great love and
knowledge of any music, sports and movies. He will be loved and missed
by anyone who knew him.

Keith is survived by his parents; a brother, Bradley, West Leyden and
brad’s children, Olivia, Brian and Madison; Keith’s wife, Nicole
(Nutt) Egnew; son, Derek Vincent Egnew; a step son, Ethan Fountaine;
paternal grandfather, Keith Egnew, Oswego; paternal grandmother, June
Yauger, Glenfield; many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was
predeceased by his maternal grandparents Vincent (Pickin Vinny) and
Nancy Wawrzyniak, Locus Grove; step father Edwin Yauger, Uncle Dale
Egnew, who loved Keith before he was born, Aunt Penny Sheen who always
called him “Bucky”, a name he disliked and a cousin, Jon Wawrzyniak.


Calling hours will be held at Mills Funeral Home, 301 Post St.,
Boonville on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 4 - 7 pm.   For an online
