WEDNESDAY:
The Herkimer County Public Health Department will offer adult flu vaccinations at the Old Forge Library, 220 Crosby Blvd., on Wednesday, October 7 from noon to 2 p.m. The clinic is open to all adults, with no appointment necessary; bring your health insurance card. The library partners with public health to bring this service to the community.

Bagels & Blood Pressure is a monthly health and connection gathering in Old Forge, next on Thursday, October 8 from 10:00 AM to noon at Niccolls Church on Crosby Boulevard. The Old Forge Library invites first through third grade students and adult volunteers to Linking Lives Through Reading, a fall program supported by the Leola Tobin Memorial Fund. Spirit Walk marks the 15th anniversary of its Annual Rosary Rally on Saturday, October 10, at noon at the Fatima Garden on West Main Street in Turin. The gathering goes on regardless of weather, so dress accordingly and bring a chair.
