31 project proposals received for Boonville’s NY Forward program

BOONVILLE- A total of 31 project proposals have been submitted for review for Boonville’s NY Forward grant program.

With the next Local Planning Committee meeting aimed for Thursday, August 29, officials say the total funding requests rings in just shy of $12 million. For context, the village has been allotted $4.5 million from the NY Forward program.

Residents and interested parties are invited to learn more about these proposed projects during Thursday’s meeting, which will be held at Boonville’s Municipal Office (13169 NY-12) from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Remember, the open call period for project proposals has officially been closed, but those wishing to share a project idea are urged to submit comments online.
