Adirondack High School Valedictorian of ’98 competes on Jeopardy! TV show

A local woman, who was valedictorian of her class, competed Monday night on the beloved Jeopardy! TV show.

Katherine May, who was known as Kathy Wilcox when she graduated at the top of her Adirondack High School Class of ’98, says she was “so honored” to have the chance at appearing on one of the most recognized game shows in television.

“I owe so much of my success in life to the excellent and well-rounded foundation of education I received at ACS,” she emphasized.

During the show, she currently holds a position as a financial institution risk manager in Illinois.

She graduated with about 100 fellow classmates.
