WATERTOWN- Authorities have announced a third arrest that traces back to a North Country larceny case, where two local subjects were previously charged with petit larceny and other offenses.
Jonathan E. LaValley, 34, of Watertown, NY was arrested Monday evening by the New York State Police (Watertown). LaValley is formally charged with one misdemeanor count each of petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth-degree.
According to Troopers, this latest arrest stems from a larceny case in the town of Watertown on October 3.
As previously covered, Brandon R. Chapel, 28, of Natural Bridge, NY and Aayanah A. Noyes, 25, of Carthage, NY were both arrested and charged with one misdemeanor count each of petit larceny; criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree and conspiracy in the sixth-degree.
Chapel was also charged with a misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.
At press time, police said that LaValley was issued with an appearance ticket.
