Blossville Resident Accused of Driving with a Suspended Licensed and Suspended Registration following an Accident in the Town of Osceola
TOWN OF OSCEOLA- A 26 year old Blossville resident was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and a registration suspension violation following a two-vehicle property damage accident that occurred Friday evening in the Town of Osceola. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Jazzmen Christian Davis with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree-3 or more Suspensions, 3 or more separate dates; and a “Registration Suspended” motor vehicle violation: both Class U misdemeanors. Davis was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Osceola Court at a later date.
